An update: I'm in my last semester of nursing school, have joined a traveling theater group, and am going to Albania over spring break. I'm busy writing cover letters and gathering recommendations from professors... very adult stuff :)
The three of us college ladies got to spend some time together around Christmas, and we made a legendary dinner for my mother courtesy of the famous Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond.
